1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RevTop ("we", "our", "us") at https://revtop.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2 Our Services
RevTop provides an AI-powered Google review generation platform for local businesses, including a QR-based customer review flow, an owner dashboard, and an optional Google Business Profile auto-reply feature.
3 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4 Subscription & Payments
Access to the software platform requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or half-yearly basis. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store payment card details.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for the current billing period once payment has been made.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our platform. This includes, but is not limited to: generating reviews for businesses you do not own, attempting to manipulate Google's review system in violation of Google's policies, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6 Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding on the RevTop platform is the intellectual property of RevTop. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
7 Limitation of Liability
RevTop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
